At the age of thirteen, John’s simple interest in cooking blossomed into a passion and a full fledged knowledge of multicultural cuisines. Each and every event that John cooks for he adds a personalized touch; therefore, no two cuisines are identical. But one factor that remains the same is his signature granite slabs. Used as hot or cold plates, the slabs themselves symbolize the strength he finds through religion. But may they also provide the foundation you will share with loved ones for years to come as you enjoy his delectable preparations.
